Ayer solicité el reembolso para mis vuelos Phuket-Barcelona a finales de julio y Qatar me confirma que están cancelados y que tramitan mi devolución. Alguien a quien ya le hayan hecho este proceso sabe decirme aproximadamente cuanto tarda el dinero en volver a tu cuenta/tarjeta de crédito? Por curiosidad y por ponerme un recordatorio.

El ticket pidiendo el reembolso lo abrí ayer pero por esa vía no me han contestado. Si a finales de la semana que viene no me han dicho nada les escribiré por el sistema de ticket.
La verdad es que ha sido un alivio lo bien que están gestionando el tema al menos en mi caso.
Seguiré informando para futuros viajeros reclamando su abono.
A mi me contestaron el 29 de abril con que estaba aprobado y ya lo tengo en tarjeta. La cantidad integra que pagué, sin ningun descuento.
Lo que me tardaron un par de semanas fue en mandarme el correo de aprobación.

Lo compre en la web de Qatar. Sé que faltan muchos días, pero creo que por la situación será mejor dejar el viaje a Bali para otra ocasión .
Tengo seguro con IATI pero he leído que por pandemia no te devuelven nada. Por eso al ver esta información me he puesto contenta por si puedo recuperar el precio de los vuelos o un bono. Pero antes de celebrarlo quería estar segura que la compañía responde con un bono.

Me acaban de cancelar los vuelos con Qatar a Tailandia para el 15 de Agosto y vuelta el 28. He solicitado el reembolso. Cuando tenga noticias os mantendrér al corriente.

Tenía Mondo, pero diles si ellos te ayudan a recuperar el dinero de los vuelos, y hoteles y verás como te ofrecen el reembolso

He hablado con ellos esta mañana (inglés) en estos teléfonos: 914183870/71 y me confirman que a pesar de no estar uno de los trayectos cancelados, al estar todos dentro de la misma reserva se puede pedir el reembolso por todos. Y así lo he hecho. A esperar toca.

Hola!!! yo también hablé con ellos por facebook (si parece curioso pero por telefono no contactaba) y las únicas opciones que me daban eran voucher para un año o devolución y eso que mi viaje era para octubre también así que he pedido devolución y dicen que en 28 días como mucho lo tengo en mi cuenta. No me dijeron nada de tarifa de cancelación porque en la web pone que vuelos hasta el 30 de septiembre no cobran nada pero después de esa fecha no dicen nda al respecto y el mio es para después de esa fecha.... Así que nada.... A esperar y si me cobran ya veré que vías tomar.

El 1 de julio tenía Mad-Colombo y el sábado me cancelaron el tramo de Mad-Doha.
Yo lo cogí a través de Travelgenio, así que ahora supongo que habrá que insistir por el reembolso.
No entiendo que a personas les cancelen y a otras como yo les cambien el horario... En que se basan? Si seguramente después de un cambio de horario vendra una cancelación... No lo entiendo

Si te cambian el horario te tienen q dar la opción de reembolso por si el nuevo horario no te conviene

En mi caso me notificaron cambio de horario el sábado y el domingo la cancelación.
